Summer forest

There is something about Fujifilm Velvia 50. This slide film stock is not in production any longer, but I still have some rolls stashed in my fridge. Velvia 50 is known for very vivid colours. I usually use this stock for sunrises and sunsets, where I can use the full potential of the film. This shot is different, Shot in the middle of the forest near a place in the Peak District called Luds Church.. It’s definitely not a shot for the portfolio, but there is something about it that I like. The problem is I don’t know how to define it….
